Enrich Your Blog with Google Friend Connect

To experience the enjoyment and satisfaction from customizing my blog, is something worth the effort. Just now, I’ve managed to add a couple of widget/gadget for my sidebar. They are Google Friend Connect and Wall Gadget, I hope this will make our interaction become more intense. How can it enhance interaction between us? Let the picture works in replace of my thousand words:

Yes, the last part is what interest me the most. More social features as desired, that mean more interaction can be made. Hee,hee I aimed too much for the interaction, I guess.

For the Wall itself, I like the way it works. Since it displays your image when you post a comment on the thing. This is much more interesting in comparison with that Shoutmix I already used before.

The steps to make your own Wall (or Google Friend Gadget) isn’t so hard. All you have to do is register for free, do your customization if you feel like you need one. And after you have finished, get your generated-HTML script and paste it on an appropriate space on your b log. Aren’t we blogger taking too much advance for this “free space” *LOL*

Here’s some screenshot of the process I have:

Adding the Relay and Canvas file

Okay, that’s it. If you can get your hands on the script code, then the rest is just as easy as adding a widget for your blog. Oh, make sure you tell me if you managed to start your own GFC or Wall, I do want to pay some visit.

    Hi..
    I’m using shoutmix for this purpose but the tip you gave seems more interesting, may be I should try to add this widget.

    P/S: I can’t leave a comment at your wall, should we have to register first or..?

    @genna:
    yea.. I’ve found out that this one is quite-strict with the rules, you have to register for an account first.

    shoutmix is okay, but I just want to use this new widget from Google, that’s all

    Hi, this friend connects looks nice.. does it links to all the social bookmarks, does it feels like all in one messanger or does it only connect each social site so we only have one email (gmail)?
