This is My Guidline in Writing Their Resume

It’s been a years since I’ve got a steady job. Unlike now, back then I was employed. And then come this chance for me to get positioned again, one more time. Well, I haven’t decided yet, whether I’d go with the plan or keep on my track of being a blogger. I prefer the last one, for you to know.
One thing that I have never actually did, in my whole life, is to write a resume. You know, the one that comes along with an application letter.. I’ve mentioned that I was employed, but it was a recruitment without any application (I was requested to join a company, not the other way around). Okay I’ve never made one for myself, but I can’t remember how many times my friends had asked me to did some favor for them.
- Write a decent history of yourself, do not exaggerate
You don’t want your future employer be disappointed to feel like being a fool, hiring someone who lied to him/her and can’t see it through in the first place, it would turn your career into a living hell. - If you do have some experience, please do write about it
You are about to sell yourself, so make sure you expose every relevant selling points you do have. As long as it has a chance to support you in the desired job/position, state it in a clear way. For example, if you are applying a position as a “Call Center Officer”; adding a statement regarding your language capabilities is considered relevant, and it might even boost some point for your assessment. - Make sure the job is a team-work based
Well if it’s not then you probably won’t face any difficulties. But identifying the possibilities that you might work with others, would lead you in writing the following sentence “I am able to work in a team” (or something like that). Working as a team is giving you a different level of challenge, your technical skill won’t do much if you can’t implement it towards others. - Let them know how to reach you
Marketing yourself is useless if the buyer can’t get to you. Make sure you provide either your contact details, or means to get into communication with you. The more alternatives you give, the easier for them to reach you. - Try to Meet them
My final tips is to tell your future employer that you want to see him/her. Tell them that you are willing to meet them face to face in order to provide them with further details. And make sure you won’t charge them with anything, because that might make the eagerness flew away.
As far as I stick to these guidelines, it never fail. But not every of those who asked for my favor ended up with a happy ending, but it’s not because of the resume. How can I be so sure? Well, they passed all the selection process and got their interview session held. But when the negotiation came to the salary issue, the request did not meet the offer.. well, that’s another story.
